Shipping & returns

Shipping

All works are shipped insured from the Netherlands. Prints are sent flat or rolled in protective packaging, depending on their size. Paintings and framed works are packed in a custom box or crate.

Shipping costs depend on the size of the work and where it is going. After you send your order request, we reply with the shipping costs and a payment link before anything is charged.

Delivery time

Prints are produced to order and usually ship within [2 to 3 weeks]. Works that are in stock usually ship within [5 working days]. We send you a tracking link as soon as your work is on its way.

Outside the European Union

We ship worldwide. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may apply. These are charged by the customs authorities of your country and are not included in our prices.

Framing

Works are sold unframed unless stated otherwise. We are glad to advise on framing and can have your work framed before it ships. Use “Request framing options” on the page of a work, or get in touch.

Returns

If you buy as a consumer within the EU, you may return a work within 14 days of receiving it, in its original condition and packaging. Let us know by email first, so we can arrange the return together. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the work arrived damaged.

Works that are made especially for you, such as prints produced to order in a size you chose or works framed at your request, [cannot be returned].

Damage

Please check your work when it arrives. If something is damaged, send us photos of the work and the packaging within [48 hours] and we will find a solution with you.
